3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate information. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are processed through ThriveCart. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial months or unused analyses
• Price changes with 30 days notice

Beta Pricing: During our beta period, subscribers receive 50% off the regular price. This discount is locked in for as long as you maintain an active subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Funnel Analyzer Pro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your funnel content. By using the Service, you grant us permission to:

• Process and analyze your funnel pages
• Store screenshots and content for your analysis history
• Use anonymized data to improve our AI models

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Modify or discontinue features with notice
• Temporarily suspend service for security or technical reasons

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

• No refunds will be issued for the current billing period
